Delivery and Pickup Logistics

Seamless  Rental Process

Immediate Communication Once you book a  rental, our office will immediately establish direct communication with you. We will ensure all your specific requirements are met, acknowledge any possible limitations, and confirm narrow delivery time windows if needed.

Crew Member Designation We ask that you designate a crew member onboard to be responsible for the water toys.

Delivery Schedule

  • Standard Delivery: Typically, will be delivered onboard by 12 PM on the rental day. Whenever possible, we strive to deliver early in the morning before the guests’ arrival.
  • Early Delivery Option: If you prefer, we can also deliver the s a day in advance. Please coordinate with us to check the availability of this option.

Pre-Delivery Preparation Before delivery, the designated crew member will receive a delivery note listing all  rental items, parts, and accessories. They will also gain access to our Knowledge Base, which includes:

  • Tips and tricks
  • Operation manuals
  • Safety briefs
  • How-tos

In-Person Instruction If required, we can arrange for an in-person instruction session.

Product Information and Handling

Storage and Dimensions Storage or packed dimensions and weights for each product are shown separately. This information can be accessed by clicking on blue button MORE INFO on the rental items above.

Handling by Crew Most of the water toys can be easily handled by your crew during embarking, disembarking, setup, and dismantling.

Additional Handling Equipment Upon request, we can provide cranes, lifts, and other accessories to facilitate the handling and transfer of products on and off the yacht.

Do you require technical support during rentals?

We are here to help

If you require technical support or cranes of any sorts for loading jetskis, tenders, or heavy weight slides and similar, please coordinate with our office team. We’ll be glad to help to organise and provide.
